even more drying

so decided today at work to bring home some of the ingredients for a lamb and chickpea stew and some mangos which were bit discoloured,but ok for a leather,the perks of being a chef.made about a kilo of stew and two trays of mango and ginger leather with a hint of honey.they should be ready tomorrow when i get home from work.
My other attempts at drying over the weekend of mango slices and banana slices was perfect,very tasty.also the pear leather was good but just looks abit brown and unappetising but tastes good
