veggie chilli

so i made 3.1kg of veggie chilli over the weekend.its finally dry now and iam left with 660g.
100g tvp [ textured veggie protein ]
3 peppers cut up small
2 onion [ 1 red ] finely diced
garlic to taste
4 tins of various beans [ i used pinto,aduki,kidney,and borlotti ]
1 pack fajita powder
ground cumin
ground coriander
chilli flakes
a couple of teaspoons of chocolate powder
2 tins of chopped tomatoes
tomato puree
fry the onion until soft add the garlic
add the spices and puree,cook for a few more minutes
add in the tvp [soak in boiling water first ]
add the tomato,and the chocolate powder
add the beans and cook for about 15 minutes
then add the peppers,cook for another 15 minutes
once cooked i would leave for a day in the fridge if you have room to get the best flavour.
then in to the dehyrater voila!!
this makes about 8 meals for me [ i like to eat big when out walking ]as ill eat with rice as well
